If I'm scanning content, it would be good to have an 'Open all' ('Close all' once open) function for accordions. It's hard to know what each heading means until you get context from the content within the accordion. Some users may prefer to read content in a flat (open) format for discovery, and some users know which heading they need... so it might be good to have the display options.
Also, in-page search does not pick up collapsed content... So if I'm searching for particular keywords, I've found that I need to expand all accordions before commencing my search. (However, the site search does pick up all content on the page whether the accordions are collapsed or expanded.)
Actual behaviour
The current behaviour on accordions is individual click-to-expand/collapse.
No results on in-page keyword search when accordions are collapsed.
Expected behaviour
I have 1 suggestion and 1 issue. I'm putting these in the same request as they're semi-related.

Steps to reproduce
Check example page: https://staff.unimelb.edu.au/students-teaching/student-enrolments/issue-a-student-card
Try in-page search for 'certificate'. You will get 0 results if accordions are collapsed, and 3 results if they're expanded.
