Fixes #183 (zabbix-cli changes to support some API changes for recent Zabbix versions)

For do_create_host, if host_proxyid is provided .+, the argument value get set to None, which isn't recognized by Zabbix 7.0 anymore. So, if we skip the proxyid parameter, the default selection Server corresponding to the Monitored by field will be set.
For do_import_configuration, Zabbix version 5.2 doesn't recognize 'templateScreens' as a rule, so replaced it with a missing option 'templateDashboards'.
Also, in do_import_configuration 'groups' option is no longer supported in rules for Zabbix version 6.4 and 7.0
Test was only conducted for the applicable cases, which were:
- proxy_hostid to be obtained as None
Tested the changes for Zabbix versions 5.2, 6.0, 6.4 and 7.0. Other than the 5.2 version (tested version 5.2.7), other versions were freshly downloaded and installed from https://www.zabbix.com/download. The test was conducted only over the [OS Distribution Rocky Linux > OS Version 8 > Server, Frontend, Agent > MySQL > Nginx]

I have a new version (a complete rewrite) of Zabbix-cli in the works that should hopefully fix these issues! I will try to get it merged into the main branch as soon as possible, but in the meantime, it can be installed from here: https://github.com/pederhan/zabbix-cli/tree/v3
