OpenQAOA, a dependency, does not support python 3.11, so installing it brings an error. If not used, OpenQAOA could be removed.

Fixed, i.e. removed unnecessary OpenQAOA dependency in 42f07b7.

If OpenQAOA is needed in the future, we will investigate how to resolve the lack of python 3.11 support.
