Test POST submission #47

Test the POST /api/submission workflow. The code for a client to call the route is here: https://github.com/unitaryfund/metriq-client/blob/3504b73e282864671e7227ad5796468872d1844d/metriq/client.py#L42

Make sure that a submission can be successfully entered into your local database with that method. If not, you probably have to update the models, again.
