Get the U-AS SDAP component integrated with the Unity Marketplace and Management Console

Acceptance Criteria:

• SDAP is not deployed automatically to a venue until explicitly selected
• Automated deployment of SDAP to a venue account using the Unity marketplace configuration through the Unity Management Console is demonstrated
• Deployment integrates with Venue API Gateway
• Configurable options for SDAP include cluster size, instance size, other?
• 'Next steps' for integration of a dataset with the DAPA endpoint proxy is documented
