new project vs upgrade project window #79

now they look exactly the same.. (and title says "upgrade project version", could add something to make it clear when new project is created (instead of upgrade)

todo

[x] check if this folder contains Assets/ then its upgrade window (or open project)
[x] if no assets folders, then its create new project window
[x] add current path to new project window (as optional field) *now its only for fixed quick project folder
[x] new project: ask name, if coming from opening empty folder

bug:

[x] if started from context menu, now it creates new project inside current folder (instead of creating new project INTO current folder as root) and its not taking current folder name as project name
