Enhanced 'Parts' documentation #514

Coming from the discussion: https://github.com/universam1/iSpindel/issues/512 I thought it would be helpful to add some additional information to the 'parts' documentation

Line 47 has a few typos and I'd take the 'dodgy' bit out, so something like:

There are several clone sensors available that can be of poor quality. So make sure to buy them from a reliable source, e.g. the one linked in the above liked Wemos documentation.
