new kali image now works fine!

• New Kali image did not work out of the box: that required a throughout investigations and several changes emerged from that.
• Improved the package installation function, so that it can be more reliable. It retries to mitigate network errors and if it fails it exits the script.
• BugFix: Avoids the creation of multiple instamces os dbclient that caused a memory leak on intramfs;
• New hook that sets up locale (new kali has multiple warnings because of that, which poluted the output)
• A few more CLI options were implemented
• Output log-to-file option was improved, and now do not restrict actual stdout;
