Translation to Python #13

There is a version of this for python, but it does not work well with windows and several of the packages are missing. I know it would be a lot of work, is there anyway that I could use this to work with python?? I ask because I am not well versed in Golang, but would love to make this more accessible

@unixpickle would you have any idea about how to export this so I could use this with cgo for python for Home Assistant?

It isn't worth it, it is super hard to use. I ended up buying a new bulb entirely
