Changed/added plots, fixed bug in aggregation #11

edited the static overall-rating plot to change how anonymous evaluations are identified. Not perfect but I think it's cleaner.
reordered the observations on that plot so they are displayed in decreasing order of average overall rating
added a new tab to the shiny app! it now lets you compare papers by displaying its average on each dimension, and as many papers as you want in one plot so they are easier to compare. Use with care.
found and fixed the but in the aggregated ratings
propagated the changes to the shiny app, and rebuilt the quarto book

Yeah, it's better, thanks @jbottesini. Note that the 'Anon' is still overlapping for the "Nonprofit governance" one (the one with only 1 evaluation

@jbottesini Never mind my comments above -- it just needed building again.
