Version 4 is still a work in progress, but I've kept people waiting far too long already for some long-due fixes.

So here they are. Please @geoperez if you approve this, go ahead and package v3.5.0.

Thanks a lot! Now please publish v3.5.0, you're the only one with the appropriate permissions (besides @mariodivece probably).

On a side note, some investigation is probably in order as to why AppVeyor builds seem to get stuck during unit test execution.

Probably we should drop AppVeyor. Let me find the Nuget API Key, I don't know where is it xD
