Make Unosquare.Swan.Lite version explicit #572

The same fix as #571 but for the master branch.

I only realized now that the project uses Directory.Packages.props. There the correct version is already defined. I have therefore no clue why version 3.0.0 is taken. But this fix attempt isn't correct.
