[Bug]: 2 errors when trying to package shadcn components into a new library

Describe the bug

I am trying to package some customized shadcn-vue components into a new library to share in other apps.

I don't have much experience packaging vue component lib, not sure if I made mistakes in config. Similar config worked for packaging react Shadcn.

Here are two problems:

Problem 1: Type Error During Build

The following 3 components have type error

1. Carousel
2. Toast
3. Auto Form

In the provided example only Carousel is included.

Error:

src/components/ui/carousel/useCarousel.ts:6:8 - error TS2742: The inferred type of 'useProvideCarousel' cannot be named without a reference to '.pnpm/embla-carousel@8.1.7/node_modules/embla-carousel'. This is likely not portable. A type annotation is necessary.

Found 2 errors.

I added some temporary types to bypass the error, not sure what the proper type should be, but I think this should be fixed.

Problem 2: Definitions of the following identifiers conflict with those in another file

The lib builds. Example in https://github.com/HuakunShen/shadcn-vue-packaged-exp vue-lib folder.

But in another app importing this library (example in vue-app folder), I keep getting error

 ELIFECYCLE  Command failed with exit code 1.

Also getting the same error in IDE.

I didn't modify any code from the template and I don't think it's related to Accordion. If I remove Accordion from the lib, this error will still be thrown with another component.

Upgraded to 5.5.4 and got the same error
