File transfer broken in 0.16.105 #541

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using psi+ 0.16.105, try to transfer a file to any PSI+ client (same or 
older version). It just try to connect to other peer or file gets 'stalled'

What is the expected output?
Correct file transfering

What do you see instead?
Stalling or hanging connection to peer

What version of the Psi+/OS are you using?
0.16.105

Additional information:
Reverting to 0.16.19 (or older) fixes file transfer again

I can confirm this bug. Other side tells in XML it can't connect to the 
sender's (new Psi+) host, but connection to shown address/port is available 
(checked by telnet from other side machine). Then other side falls to using 
bytestream proxy and stuck there forever too, waiting for something. When I 
just install psi-plus-0.16.25-win32-setup.exe and change nothing else, all 
works again, both directly and through bytestream proxy.

Putting the .exe from psi-plus-0.16.109-win32.7z into a 0.16.25 installation 
folder works.

Using the same .exe on a 0.16.105 folder isn't working.
Might it be related to some dll?
