Create a notebook documenting the workflow to create the image downloads and chips, with the following steps:

  1. Clone and install peep (peep must be renamed and finalised at this point).
  2. Generate geoparquet file with image grid and chip grid.
  3. Generate config files from the geoparquet file.
  4. Run pipeline based on the config files generated

This notebook can be run on the docker image built for peep (https://github.com/urbangrammarai/gee_pipeline/issues/26), therefore we wont need to do 1.
