Fix recurring event example feed #280

This PR resolves #279.

Looking at the commit history for the v4.0 release, at some point, the recurrent event example feed was replaced with a duplicate of the detour example. This PR restores/re-implements the recurrent event example in WZDx v4.0.

Thanks for addressing this so quickly @j-d-b. My main comment has to do with the dates - the dates referenced throughout the example are for around Jan. 1, 2010, but the feed update date is for June 2020. Since dates are pretty important for the recurring example, should the feed level update dates be reset to Jan 2010?

@mark-mockett great idea, I updated all the dates to be more realistic (and years to be more recent, to give it a newer feel).
