As a user with color vision deficiency, I want to make use of the J40Map, so that I can differentiate communities #424

Description Users with color vision deficiency may not be able to differentiate between our different color thresholds. It is a common practice to use patterning in addition to coloration to enable users with these visual deficiencies to also benefit from our map.

Solution azavea/texturemap offers a library with sprites we can add as layers even to MapLibre.

This is a great example of accessibility. How is this being factored in?
