remove misc.md from docs, cause it’s empty yet
add more file links for quicker look-ups
fix broken links (internal and external)
correct some spelling

Thanks for improving the docs. That's fantastic :) It would be awesome if you could update the few little thinks I pointed out and then we are good to merge, I think!
