ocl extensions missing "Distributions.xml" file #52

The extension for handing probabilistic distributions in OCL is documented in the oclextensions directory, but the actual file (Distributions.xml) is missing there. It also happened in version 7.0.0 I am attaching here the missing file (Distributions.xml) in a zip
