This question would likely be better answered by CRS, as we don't have the expertise to comment on the content of the bills themselves.
My supposition is that the text of the bill did not significantly change between the different status steps.
Here is the equivalent summary information available from the upstream source, the Congress.gov API, which appears to match the summaries in our BILLSTATUS file.
https://api.congress.gov/v3/bill/117/hr/7776/summaries?format=json&api_key=DEMO_KEY
Thanks for responding.
I filed a new ticket here - ( https://github.com/LibraryOfCongress/api.congress.gov/issues/63 ) - assuming that is the right place.
Closing this since there is an equivalent issue in another repo.
I noticed a lot of XML changes in the past few days for BILL STATUS documents. I only happened to notice them because I was looking into this issue.
Are there any more XML schema changes planned for the near future?

@jhanna71 - see https://github.com/usgpo/bill-status/issues/200 for background.
We will be updating the remainder of the 117th Congress over the coming days, and then going back to earlier Congresses.
Any idea why the CRS Bill Summary for HR 7776 has the exact text duplicated three times?
