Create media list check tab TenFour New Release
Draft pitch email (Alex)
Send to media (Ideally, spend a couple of hours cutting and pasting in the pitch with a personal note at the top) (Nat does this one)

@caharding - more lead time is better. I'd like to finalize the blog post first.

Alex if we want to push communication next week, should we send out a note to them tomorrow? Or do we need to give more lead time and push our external communications later to coordinate with press?

@natmanning - do you have friends in EHS / Emergency Management? Can you ask them what publications they read?

My understanding is we want these to all go out now so we can push live on Wed.
