Currently, it is only possible for moderators to moderate contributions by navigating to the moderator stream and paging to/searching for a given contribution. However, it would be quite useful to have an ability to directly perform all moderator actions when viewing the target contribution. That way, when looking at a contribution on the catalog page, moderators do not have to navigate away and search for the NAID in the stream to remove it.
This means moderators should have a red X for all tags (with a "reason" popup when clicked), and some other similar button for other contribution types.
