The banner in the content detail page alerting users that "This Series (or file unit) contains records, some of which may not be available online." must be editable so that when entire files or series ARE digitized and available online, this information is updated. This would also apply to the thumbnail display in the brief results.
Ideally, this should be a dynamic process but there would be a DAS dependency (and a possible new DAS indicator field required). Until then, the Account Admin/Moderator/someone needs to have the ability to update when we are informed that an entire series or file is now available online.
