On Registration page, need link to login #97

The registration page needs to have a link/button that would take people back to the login screen if they already have an account, just like the login screen links users to the registration page if they do not have an account.

Could we take a page from Etsy and use tabs so you always have access to either Register or Sign In? It should be easier to code this way.
