Need this Value Set for Name of Coding System in OBX-5.3 for OBX segment with Facility/Visit Type: OBX|1|CWE|SS003^FACILITY/VISIT TYPE^PHINQUESTION||261QU0200X^Urgent Care^HCPTNUCC||||||F

HCPTNUCC is used for OBX-5.3 in PHIN Guide example A04 message shown above. Only "NUCC Provider Codes" is listed in the Value Set. The Test Tool generates an Error notification if NUCC or HCPTNUCC is used in OBX-5.3; Tool only likes HCPT for that field.
