Poor Github management in milestone #2 #72

I find some files are modified or even overwritten due to some unapproved merged requests. Since we are done with milestone #2 so from now we need to ensure the quality of pull requests. During the milestone 2, our progress is a bit slow so I think we must actively discuss and make sure the pull request is followed step by step. It is hard to merge if the number of comments is small. Some conflicts may occur or even the work done by other team-mates may be erased. So If you want your pull request to be proceeded, please make sure you have good communication with your teammates who share the same work as you. And also, be quick. We have 2 weeks left and still long way to go, add oil and thanks.
