Update to OSRM v5 API #6

Hi,

I know it's been a while now but any interest to merge these changes ? (I previously talked about them in #5). As I recently saw my forked repository being stared and as your repo is the "main" repository (and already have some followers) I thought it could be better to only have one "python-osrm" repository up to date (I also might have a bit of time to work on it if necessary).

I am merging it for now. But I currently don't have much time to work on it besides merging things :)
