Created Input box with a prop 'type' that determines styling.

Issues

For visions, text does not wrap, and I can't get the text to align to the top

RUN-10 Create Input Box

Create a `input `component we can use for candidates to input their nominations as well as their visions. It should take in a prop `type` that will determine the styling applied to the input. * One type should be for nominations * The other type should be for visions
