Changes

Created button that can open a new link and/or execute a function. Styled the button so that the background colour changes when the user hovers over it.

RUN-17 Create Link Component

Create a `Link`component. Most of this is how you style the component. It does not need to look exactly like the picture, (*in fact it would be better if it looked better than the picture* 😉)
