I'm talking about the items what go In the chio slots in the inventory.

I think this would add a bit more fun to a lot of places In mincemeat like exploring finding them or with bosses haveing more interesting fights with stacked effects or just simply the aspect of upgrading your self with cool items and needing to choice what do i like more.

I'm thinking of something like relic ex in mincemeat 1 but I think afix items could be a good option also like afix iron ring that gives speed or some roller scates what give a lot of attack or the sort.

added a mod that puts apotheosis affixes on curios, which should spice things up

There are forks of PlayerEx and RelicEx on 1.20.1, but they are for fabric and not currently compatible with connector, when an update that adds compatibility comes out I'll add them.

This issue will remain open until those mods are added.
