I am getting the attached error message while I am trying to access sketch measure plug-in. Please suggest the solution as soon as possible.

Same issue, and Sketch is rather aggressively prompting me to "Move to Trash".

It's an OSX security thing. You can make an exception in system preferences > security & privacy. May require admin rights (mine does, on a company machine). Solution thread at https://github.com/utom/sketch-measure/issues/673#issuecomment-659278168
