What are the minimum hardware specs to run RoseTTAFold2NA? I ran out of space on my 2TB NVME setting up the database dependencies (bfd is certainly an appropriate name), so I want to make sure I will be able to run the pipeline before ordering a larger drive.

My workstation:

Ryzen 9 7950X 64GB DDR5 RAM 4070ti Super 16gb VRAM

If these are adequate, would a 4TB drive provide enough space for the unpacked databases and intermediate files?

I would also like to ask the same question. May I know the total storage required to run RoseTTAFold2NA?

For me running on AWS EC2 instance 3TiB was sufficient.
