Option to set one or more channels as swisschannel including all sub-channels

Implemented in 2.3.4, feedback is appreciated.

Tests done:

[X] connect to server while being in sub-channel from swiss channel
[X] getting moved to ingame after leaving the sub-channel
[X] moving back to the sub-channel & don't get moved back to ingame
[X] staying in sub-channel after disconnect

2.3.5 is on stable including this change.
