I've run the build command "autoreconf -ivf && intltoolize" and it seemed successful but what do I do from here? The instructions are very confusing to me. I'm very sorry.

Nevermind, I figured out what the instructions meant. It's just worded a little strangely. However I should mention that for me I had to run './configure && make' then 'sudo make install' or else a ton of errors were thrown up.
