What's the intended behaviour? Describe your use case:
1. Go to settings, applications, keyeboard shortcuts
2. Scroll down the list and find a free key
3. Scroll down the list and select ernie@sesame.com, scooter@muppets.com etc.
4. Press search + e from anywhere on the phone to access ernie's account
