5 years ago This is because giitaayan uses a separate index database for all the meta info.
I have to think about a plan to better manage that but for now, updates to the meta (p-stats) need a two-step process. 1) Update the lyrics file 2) Update the index db (which requires a bit more work than #1).
My plan is to find all the MRs/issues labeled with p-stats and update the index.
When corrections to pStats are made to the ISB source file, they do not appear to be reflected on giitaayan. E.g., "ghir ghir aae badarawaa kaare" continues to show Talat and Suman as the singers even though the source file has been corrected to Talat and Mubarak. This issue becomes quite problematic with tandem songs, as the interface seems to show that the ISB file has the lyrics of only one of the pair.
