Can you replicate the problem with this version, https://github.com/xyzzy42/tg/tree/new-stuff
I think there was a bug with related to the center button crashing, but it's since been fixed. It's been a while so I don't recall the details anymore. That version shouldn't have this bug.
@xyzzy42 hi, thanks for the reply. I'm sorry but I don't know how to build mac apps from source code :)
I didn't know there was a binary package for MacOS anywhere? I don't see any on https://tg.ciovil.li/, just really old (~2017) Windows and Debian packages.
You should be able to install a new version with homebrew on a mac:
brew install xyzzy42/horology/tg-timer
Great work! I can confirm that the 0.6.1-tpiepho version that installed from the homebrew command above is not crashing when clicking center on my M1 MacBook Pro running Ventura 13.3
Good to know. I don't have an Apple silicon macbook and a lot of times new processors will trigger latency bugs.
If you use the --HEAD
version with homebrew it should be possible to get a number of new features.
Hi,
Whenever I click "CENTER" on the trace the program immediately crashes. The terminal shows
zsh: segmentation fault tg-timer
Also attaching the OS "unexpected quit" report:
