fix the register and login #1

1) when u have send the otp disable it and show it again after 1 min to resend the otp 2) check whether the user email already exists while sign up before otp if it exists then dont send otp 3) show approaiate alert if user or some error occus while signup or sign in 4) add a forget password field in login 5) small small ui fixes
