Application error in Heroku app #2

Perhaps you are already aware, but I just wanted to mention that https://julia-packages-app.herokuapp.com/ cannot be used, it is giving an application error.

Running the app locally, I get the interface, but I cannot find any packages.

Same thing here: running the app locally does not give any data (no packages can be found). is there a debug mode ?
