Added Document Viewers Section #16

Hi, I added document viewers section. Also, it can be renamed as PDF readers but they identity themselves as Document Viewer (https://github.com/linuxmint/xreader). It will be nice to have such a section! Thanks

Stuff like "PDF" should not be formatted like hashtags. Please look more carefully at how tagging is used in this document.
