Add Gaphor - the simple modeling tool #6

Gaphor is a UML and SysML modeling application written in Python. It is uses GTK 3 and has its own graphics library called Gaphas.

Interesting, I already have it starred on github.. :)

I don't think "modeling" is a good heading, in my mind "modeling" is much more associated with 3D modeling. Should be something about "diagrams" and "UML".

@myfreeweb Thanks for the feedback and for starring us! How about diagramming? That would include other tools like Dia if they were on the list.
