Remember settings #49

A thing I would love to see added is remembering the settings permanently. ALL videos on YouTube are too quiet for me since they're all using some weird flavor of ReplayGain to normalize the volume across the platform. I was hoping to use this app to get rid of that issue permanently, but it's annoying that it resets to Gain 1.0 every time I open a new video. Ideally, I'd always boost everything to 2.0.

Duplicate of #4 #44 etc.

The original vision was to not have any kind of persistence, have zero settings and zero storage for simplicity, because the intention was to be able to fix particular videos with audio only in one channel, and consistent volume problems should instead be solved system-wide. I almost regret adding the gain now :) Though per-domain is clearly a widely desired use case…

Oh, I wasn't aware this was such a widely requested feature. Sorry.
