Module that allows for a new record to be generated in another project (or the same project) on a flagging field being saved. Allows for data fields to be transferred to the new record as well.

Missing code unknown freezes field in non survey instrument #21
We have a field in an embedded field and the instrument is not a survey and the code unknown is freezing the field and then there's a small box next to it with Unknown. The field can't be changed because it's frozen.
