The description on many powers are severely lacking, such as all active 
offenses (i.e.: no description for what Rank 2 or Rank 3 does).  Additionally 
many advantages do not list the buffs/debuffs they apply.  

Granted this will take some time to do, but any improvement here would be of 
HUGE help to all players who regularly use this.  Currently you have to keep 
going between this website, the Champions Online wiki, and various topics on 
the forum to get an idea.  And even then that's not always enough.

This is a wonderful build theory/sketching tool, it should definitely be 
expanded to be more complete in the descriptions.

Yep.  This has been on the future enhancements list 
(http://powerhouse.nullware.com/) for a long time.  I hope to get some time to 
do it at some point.
