No offer to switch to tab when many history results match

As shown in the screenshot, I have a lot of StackOverflow tabs open, but when I 
search for "stack" in Fauxbar, it doesn't prompt to open any of them until the 
search becomes specific enough to isolate an existing tab. Until then, results 
from history are shown.

I've looked at Frecency Scoring but can't seem to find a way to prioritize open 
tabs over history.
