Changes for iSeq process #16

We got our iSeq instrument replaced, so the instrument name needs to be updated in the Shell script to FS10002457 in order to parse the run to iSeq.

Also, the example iSeq sample sheet is incorrect and can be replaced with the attached. iSeq_SampleSheet.csv
