switch from qdbus to dbus-send for setting KDE wallpaper #633

Several distributions do not pull in qt5-tools or whatever package contains qdbus with a KDE installation. It is a safer assumption that dbus-send will be available as it is part of the dbus (or equivalent) package that is required for KDE to run.
