OC 0.7.0 #36

DO NOT Merge this yet. This is the config for OC 0.7.0. That is why it is a draft. There are some new things called Flavours in 0.7.0, and I just wanted to get a head start in implementing that. It isn't too complicated, but if you have any feedback, it is very much appreciated.
