TS32: Account Number in Eastwest Bank Information wasn't shown #154

Describe the bug When user was typing in Account Number details in East West Bank account portion, data will disappear after typing in several characters. This happened for ATB Manufacturing.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Eastwest Bank Information' portion of the application form.
  2. In 'Account Number', enter account number details.
  3. See error

Expected behavior When data is encoded, system should show the data that is being encoded and save it once submitted.
