Fix calculation hPa to inHg #194

The conversion value of 0.0295 is not accurate. For example, calculate at standard atmosphere(1013 hPa = 29.91 inHg) OLD) 1013 0.0295 = 29.8835 ≒ 29.88 NEW) 1013 0.02953 = 29.91389 ≒ 29.91
